BAY HOUSE

With a spectacular view of the calming bay waters and docks in St. Mary’s County, this single-story house checked nearly all the boxes in the client’s search for a vacation home. The only problem was a cramped and awkward kitchen. All three bathrooms needed to be reworked as well. Moving the laundry closet out of the kitchen area allows flexibility in creating a spacious and functional kitchen with a better flow and an airy space.
