LAKE HOUSE

The client fell in love with the lake front location in Annapolis and bought the small, non-descript house that was situated on it. The existing house was torn down to its structure. A garage and a second story were added to accommodate the client’s needs. Utilizing natural light and creating an open plan makes the house feel spacious despite its small footprint. The veranda on the second floor facing the lake has become a favorite spot to relax.
